your files belong to you. you can export everything (folder structure, files, and your analytics data) at any time, and you keep access for the rest of your billing period if you cancel. if you don't export within 30 days of cancellation, we delete your data permanently. nothing of yours stays on our servers without your permission.

files are encrypted in transit and at rest. your data is hosted on aws in a single region. access on our side is limited to the founder and a small set of operational systems. we don't have soc 2 yet because we're small enough that the audit doesn't make sense to pursue right now. if you have a specific compliance requirement, reach out. we're a small team, and we can usually tell you in a day whether we can meet it.

most founders are. monthly billing is the default for that reason, with no commitment past the month you're in. cancel after your round closes, keep your room and analytics until the billing period ends, and export anything you want to keep before the data is removed.
